Apoiamos as comunidades de Southwest CT na prevenção do uso indevido de substâncias e suicídio e na promoção do bem-estar mental.
No CT, cada município possui um Conselho Local de Prevenção (CLP) cujo objetivo é aumentar a conscientização pública sobre a prevenção do Álcool, Tabaco e Outras Drogas (ATOD) e estimular o desenvolvimento e implementação de atividades locais de prevenção, com foco principal na juventude. Muitos também abordam a saúde socioemocional, reconhecendo a forte relação entre o uso indevido de substâncias e os transtornos de saúde mental.
LPCs são coalizões composto por partes interessadas de 12 setores identificados . O Centro apoia LPCs por meio de coordenação regional, assistência técnica e financiamento, incluindo as recentes doações de Resposta Estratégica a Opióides.
