We're sharing his video for Mental Health Awareness Month, which starts tomorrow, and hope you'll take his message to heart. You can also help by learning more and by sharing info with your friends. There are 30+ free talks, films and trainings taking place this month that will allow you to learn about mental health, suicide prevention, overdose prevention, and even sports betting. Also: please join us on Saturday morning to kick the month off with the 3rd annual Fairfield County Walks for Mental Health! We'll hear from speakers including Randye Kaye, author of Ben Behind His Voices, and will walk rain or shine!
