Mental health advocates, healthcare providers, and others are invited to this week's special Catchment Area Council meeting at Norwalk City Hall, 125 East Ave., on Thursday 3/1 from 2-4pm to learn about the early intervention in psychosis program at Yale and discuss bringing it to our part of the state.
