Free Mental Wellness Screenings in October

Updated: Jan 21, 2021

Our annual Wellness Month initiative has begun! Do you get a flu shot each fall to take care of your physical health? This is also a great time to check in on your mental health!

Throughout October, look for our tables at community events near you and stop by to try out free wellness activities, pick up handouts and resource guides, and take a free screening for mental health and substance use. Or take a screening now, online, in English or Spanish. A quick questionnaire will help you think about whether you might benefit from some help to cope with stress, depression, trauma, or substance misuse.

Looking for treatment resources? Check out our area resource guides here, our list of free peer support groups here, or try one of these apps. And support your own wellness by checking out free and low-cost activities in the Greater Bridgeport area or Greenwich through Westport area.
